What kind of returns do private lenders earn?
It depends on the deal, the borrower, and how the loan is structured. Graduates who have closed loans have reported earning roughly 10–20% on secured loans, but results vary, aren't guaranteed, and every loan carries risk, including loss of principal. The Accelerator teaches you how to evaluate that risk before you lend.
What if I don't have a lot of money to start?
Private lending works at different investment levels. Our program teaches strategies for a range of budgets, including using self-directed retirement accounts and starting with smaller loan amounts. Some students started with $5,000–$10,000 and grew their lending portfolio over time.
What if the borrower doesn't pay me back?
We dedicate an entire module to protection strategies, including proper collateralization, guarantees, and legal recourse. You'll learn how to structure and document loans to help protect your principal if a borrower doesn't pay, though no strategy eliminates risk entirely.
What days/times will the sessions take place during the accelerator?
The May 2027 cohort is expected to start the week of May 3, 2027, and runs four live weeks at about 3 hours per week. Before the accelerator, each enrolled student completes a short questionnaire about their availability, and we set the final schedule around the group. If you have to miss a session, you'll have access to all session recordings.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final. If you choose a payment plan, you're responsible for all installments regardless of participation. If an unexpected life event comes up, we may offer a credit toward a future cohort at our discretion. Refunds are considered only in limited cases, such as completing all sessions and homework, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
