  • How do I know I'll make money in private lending?
    While we can't guarantee specific returns, our curriculum is designed to maximize your chances of success through proper deal structuring, risk mitigation, and borrower selection. Our graduates who have done a loan transaction consistently report returns between 8-20% on their secured loans when following our system.
  • What if I don't have a lot of money to start?
    Private lending is scalable to different investment levels. Our program teaches strategies for all budget sizes, including pooling resources with other investors, utilizing self-directed retirement accounts, and starting with smaller loan amounts. Many of our successful students began with as little as $5,000-$10,000 and gradually increased their lending portfolio over time.
  • What if the borrower doesn't pay me back?

  • What days/times will the sessions take place during the accelerator?
    Great question! Prior to the accelerator, each student enrolled completed a detailed questionnaire, including their availability. We take everyone's availability into account to create the best schedule for everyone. In the event you have to miss a session, you will have access to all session recordings.
